CANCELLATION POLICY

At VR Hair, I value your time and mine. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients. I understand sometimes adjustment may need to be made under certain circumstances. 💇🏼‍♀️ All chemical/ haircut services Cancellation policy: • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed appointment. • A deposit may be required to secure certain services. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice and will not apply to future services. • If an appointment is rescheduled and then canceled (or missed) consecutively, you will be charged for both missed appointments. This policy is in place to protect my time and ensure fair availability for all of my wonderful clients. 💇‍♀️ Extensions Cancellation Policy: Due to the time and preparation required for extension services, the following policy applies: • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all extension appointments. This deposit secures your time and covers the cost of hair ordered specifically for you. • At least 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any extension appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may be subject to additional fees. • If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service total. **All of these policies include all future appointments** Thank you for your understanding and support of my time, other clients time, and my business policies 🩷
